What kind of packaging do your watches come in?

All of our watches are packaged in premium, stylish boxes with the 900.Customs logo on it. These boxes are designed to protect the timepiece during shipping and provide an elegant presentation, perfect for gifting or storage.

How long does it take to deliver?

Each timepiece is hand built. To ensure the highest possible standards, we have a delivery time of 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase. This allows us to carry out the necessary quality control procedures and ensure that your watch is made to your satisfaction.

Are the watches waterproof?

Our watches are designed with a water resistance rating of 5 ATM, which makes them suitable for everyday use and able to withstand splashes or brief immersion in water.

However, they are mot intended for swimming or taking showers/baths.

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your watch, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water.
